Key Requirements:
- 10+ years in field services and fulfillment operations (cable/broadband/telecom)
- 5+ years in senior or executive leadership with multi-state oversight
- Experience managing internal teams and subcontractors
- Strong operational background in installs, maintenance, and service workflows
- Proven P&L ownership and ability to drive performance KPIs
- Familiarity with workforce management tools and field CRMs
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Willing to travel as needed to support field operations and client relationships
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead national fulfillment operations strategy and execution
- Oversee installs, disconnects, reconnects, and service work across multiple markets
- Manage and mentor regional managers, field supervisors, and technicians
- Own P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Drive field performance, scheduling efficiency, and service quality
- Serve as the executive point of contact for high-visibility client relationships
- Develop scalable processes and field ops infrastructure
- Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and quality standards
- Evaluate and implement field tech tools (WFM, CRM, routing systems)
