Job Description:


Description: The Real Estate Specialist supports Network Engineering and Implementation, leveraging 3rd Party consultants to maximize the number of new projects successfully leased and zoned. The candidate should be an independent starter with experience driving projects to completion, managing online systems, and interfacing with Project Management, Construction, and Regulatory teams.

Work Schedule:
  • In office THREE days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) plus other days as required.

Job Scope: This position may handle macro or small cells and new builds and/or modifications depending on experience in each discipline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive projects to completion, utilizing 3rd Party consultants.
  • Maximize the number of new projects successfully leased and zoned.
  • Interface with Project Management, Construction, and Regulatory teams.
  • Demonstrate professionalism by promptly responding to email and phone calls.
  • Participate in meetings, identify and clearly explain issues, and propose solutions.
  • Adherence to documented standards and procedures is essential.
  • Interpret and understand policies and procedures, effectively communicate them to third parties.
  • Resolve issues as they arise by interfacing with Landlords, government agencies, and property managers.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years working in Real Estate site acquisition in a Wireless Telecommunication environment.
  • Candidate must be local to the Phoenix/Chandler AZ area.
  • Proficiency with computers, including MS Office, and Google Suites required; Excel and Google Sheets preferred.
  • Experience in contract management or project management is desirable.
  • Must be able to troubleshoot, analyze, and solve problems and be creative in determining solutions.
  • Knowledge of legal and financial terms and the ability to read and interpret contracts.
