Job Description:
- Responsible for project workflow, meaning helping to ensure schedule attainment through proactive communication to project stakeholders, milestone status tracking, receiving project deliverables, and submitting them to appropriate party(s) either directly or via electronic upload.
- Regularly maintain client database(s) with current and forecasted status of milestones and deliverables.
- Meet with utilities to finalize electricity and fiber connectivity to site(s).
- Ascertain site constructability and provide alternative scenarios during site walks.
- Scheduling and status coordination with CM team.
- Determine jurisdictional requirements for permitting and apply for building permit (based on VZW volume forecast, this task should be transitioned to A&E vendors).
- Complete and submit power applications.
- Project Coordinator will assist in tracking and obtaining permits required by the project, including:
- Municipal
- ROW/DOT
- Maintain and update permitting database for each permitting entity
- Assist CM with obtaining approvals and NTP’s from property owners (tower, bldg., etc.)
- Coordinate with CM and power company during construction phase to schedule power maintenance windows (power down/up) for installations.
