Construction Manager – Fiber (Splicing Focus)

Broadstaff is hiring an experienced Construction Manager to lead fiber builds with a strong focus on splicing crews and quality control.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage OSP fiber construction projects (aerial & underground)
- Oversee fiber splicing crews, QA/QC, and testing (OTDR)
- Track production, budgets, and schedules
- Lead safety, quality, and field performance
- Coordinate with clients, utilities, and subs
What You Bring:
- 7+ years telecom construction (OSP fiber)
- Strong fiber splicing oversight experience
- Experience managing multiple crews/projects
- Knowledge of FTTH, backbone, and distribution builds
- Ability to read prints/KMZ and manage budgets
