Broadstaff is recruiting for a leading low-voltage integrator expanding its data center construction division. We are seeking a high-level BIM Project Manager to lead Division 27 (Communications) and Division 28 (Electronic Safety & Security) scope on a multi-building data center campus in the Richmond, VA area.
This is a critical, direct-hire role supporting a 3-year phased data center program.

Responsibilities

Lead BIM/VDC execution for Div 27 & 28 systems

Manage coordination with GC and MEP trades

Oversee clash detection, RFIs, and issue resolution

Produce installation-ready shop drawings

Support field teams and scheduling

Maintain as-built model accuracy through project turnover

Requirements
-
5+ years BIM/VDC experience in construction
-
Strong experience with low-voltage systems (Div 27/28)

Data center experience preferred

Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 / ACC

Ability to be on-site 75% of the time

Client-facing and coordination leadership experience
