About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Professional Engineer (PE) to lead Broadband infrastructure projects for one of our key clients. This role involves managing large-scale projects such as road relocation and utility coordination. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of Broadband experience and direct exposure to Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) projects. This is a hybrid role based in Atlanta, offering an exciting opportunity to lead significant infrastructure initiatives for our client.

- P.E. License in the State of Georgia required
- 5-8 years of experience in Broadband, Fiber, or Utility Coordination
- Experience with GDOT and road relocation projects
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university
Preferred Skills:
- Strong Project Management experience, including budget oversight, task management, and business development
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and clients
- Initiative in problem-solving and analyzing project details to ensure success
- Experience representing the company at client meetings and professional conferences
What You'll Do:
- Lead Broadband projects for our client, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks
- Manage schedules, budgets, and staff assignments for projects
- Perform quality control reviews of designs, layouts, schematics, and cost estimations
- Identify and pursue project opportunities with both current and new clients
- Represent the client in meetings to resolve complex issues and coordinate work
