This role offers the flexibility of remote work if you are based outside of the Tampa Bay area or a hybrid schedule if you are local. You'll collaborate closely with Account Managers, Hiring Managers, and clients, becoming an integral part of our recruitment team. This role demands a proactive approach, with a focus on building a robust recruiting network and leveraging industry insights to meet recruitment goals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Forge strong relationships with candidates, Account Managers, Clients, and Hiring Managers.
- Stay ahead in sourcing strategies and recruitment methodologies.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of client needs and telecom market trends.
- Utilize and optimize recruitment tools for effective talent acquisition.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication across all levels.
- Development of a strong recruitment network.
- High organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proven recruiting experience with innovative problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Telecom Staffing, with specific knowledge in wireless and fiber.
- Proven track record in agency-based recruiting.
- Proficiency with hybrid and/or remote work environments is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Bullhorn or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Goal-oriented, with a focus on meeting monthly and annual targets.
- Strong customer service orientation.
