Job Description
- Hybrid in Boston, MA ( Tues-Thurs in office and home Mon/Fri)
- Experience working in Excel required
Description:
• Perform job evaluations for new and existing jobs to determine market compensation level, internal equity, eligibility for incentive plans, and organizational logistics.
• Utilize best practices to support the development of base, variable, and long-term incentive programs that both support and align with corporate business goals.
• Work with global Human Resources teams to standardize compensation processes and ensure consistency within global and local programs, policies, and practices.
• In coordination with Company-wide processes, help facilitate the annual compensation planning process including communications and business support.
• Own data submission process for annual and ad hoc compensation surveys, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Support and/or conduct external and internal compensation analyses for annual and ad hoc data requests to evaluate competitiveness of compensation programs.
• Create market data reporting and data exchange for HRBPs and internal clients, and larger scale project initiatives.
• Support and contribute to the development and delivery of compensation program communications, trainings, and policies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formula-based functions.
• Detail oriented, with strong conceptual thinking, problem solving, and planning skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive issues and personal data.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deal effectively with all employees at all levels of the Company.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required.
• At least 2–4 years professional experience and/or data analysis proficiency required.
• Experience with compensation planning applications such as Oracle and Payfactors preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in Human Resources preferred.
