Job Description

Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the success of our communication services division. This role provides tracking support and a multitude of data analytic support for a wide variety of projects Nationwide. The ideal candidate will have an extensive Excel background, loves data analytics and problem solving, with a high level of attention to detail.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collaborate, collect, track, analyze, and report on a large volume of project data that is provided by Project Managers nationwide
  • Ability to support management teams remotely that travel Nationwide utilizing technology including Zoom, Teams, email, video, and conference calls
  • Provide reporting and dash boards to internal Operational leaders on a regular basis
  • Create and maintain project tracking Database
  • Review and record daily production data
  • Manage material and equipment logistics
  • Assist with travel needs for field team
  • Manage all aspects of the closeout process and customer requirements
  • Prepare weekly and monthly project tracker reports
  • Works with various departments to gather monthly results and information
  • Perform other duties as requested

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
• Communication and Construction Experience a plus
• Associates Degree or higher a plus
