This person is expected to be out in the field making sure the project is running smoothly
FTTH home experience would be preferred
They have a large project in the GA market. They have about 15-20 crews working out there. There is a program manager and associate PM picking up the slack now but they more assistance in market. This person will have a lot of support with existing team.
This person must have experience running P&L, doing projections, somewhere in the volume of 7-10 mil a month. Budget management, monitoring and coordinating activities within the project
The position will require you to work primarily in an office setting as you work cross functionally with project teams throughout all phases of the project(s) lifecycle to meet the needs of our valued and high-profile clients
• The position requires the ability to communicate effectively with our clients, vendors, and sub-contractors to ensure our work quality exceeds expectations
• Develop and maintain project plans to track critical path tasks, dependencies, and requirements through the project lifecycle
• Clearly identify gaps in project delivery – time, cost, resource, deliverables, and escalate as appropriate
• Ability to develop a strong and trusting relationship with our clients so that conflicts and changes are addressed quickly
• Assist in building the baseline schedule and project budget
• Manage project cost, scope and schedule
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure that projects meet company standards for design and functionality
• Supervise, lead, and provide guidance to a team
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
