Contract to Hire
Pay
- CM: $40–$45/hr
- PM: $50–$55/hr
Responsibilities
- Lead DAS construction & installations Venue and Enterprise
- Manage subs, schedules, and project execution
- Act as customer-facing lead on-site
- Resolve delays, conflicts, and field issues
- Oversee testing, quality, and project closeout
Requirements
- 2+ years telecom construction management (DAS preferred)
- Experience with RF, DAS, and multi-vendor job sites
- Strong communication & customer-facing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- OEMs: CommScope, Corning, Ericsson, JMA
- Tools: Anritsu, JDSU, Kaelus, Fluke
- Large venue projects (stadiums, arenas, airports)
- Work on a live NFL stadium project
