Job Description
The candidate will support the Sales Operations Data Governance initiatives maintaining accuracy and conformity of our system data. Data initiatives include, but not limited to account and location information within Microsoft Dynamics. All data is required to follow predefined standardization. Activities include working from dashboards or directly within systems addressing inaccuracies that need remediation.
Responsibilities
• Ability to self-diagnose challenges with clear decision making.
• Cleanse and enrich data within Microsoft Dynamics
• Utilize external data sources during review process.
• Communicate with Sales as needed.
• Provide additional administrative support as required.
Expectations
• Computer skills using Microsoft Office and ability to learn a variety of sales focused tools.
• Excellent organizational/administrative skills.
• Can-do attitude / self-starter.
• Ability to learn new tools and skills quickly.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service with a strong problem-solving approach.
• A constant example of modeling Crown’s purple values.
Education/Certifications?
• College Degree preferred.
Experience/Minimum Requirements?
• 3-5 years of relevant data governance and/or data analytic experience.
• Experience working with large data sets.
• Working in office environment with strong attention to detail.
• MS Dynamics

Work Plans: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in your assigned office 4 days per week. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter.
