Job Description

Completes engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements.
• Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with
management.
• Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and
performance standards.
• Remotely support surveys and in some cases perform on-site surveys
• Create engineering documents including Survey letter, exceptions report, IRM lists, IDP/EDP
(including RFV, running lists, etc), MOPs, as-builts, etc
• Prepares cost estimates for IRM
• May be asked to estimate time required for certain engineering tasks
• Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time
requirements, and sequencing project elements.
• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and
recommending actions.
• Prepares project status reports
• Maintains project data base
• Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Requirements analysis
• Design skills
• Project/hours budget management
• Responsible for ordering material
• Process improvement
• Technical understanding
• Strong computer and documentation skill
