Atlanta, GA (Alpharetta preferred)
Up to $150,000 + bonus

Broadstaff is recruiting a Director of Safety for a high?growth fiber construction organization. This role is for a hands?on safety leader who wants to build programs, lead culture, and partner closely with operations — not sit on the sidelines.
Atlanta?based candidates are strongly preferred. Exceptional remote candidates may be considered but will not be ideal.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the cultural leader of safety across national field operations
- Own and evolve safety SOPs, standards, and training
- Act as the primary POC for OSHA, EPA, and regulatory agencies
- Lead serious incident investigations and corrective action planning
- Partner with construction leadership across fiber, HDD, and aerial work
- Lead development of a new safety app for field reporting and training
- Manage and mentor 2–3 Regional Safety Managers
What We’re Looking For
- 7–15 years of safety leadership in fiber, telecom, utilities, or construction
- Strong OSHA knowledge and multi?state compliance experience
- Fiber construction experience required
(HDD or aerial CX = huge plus) - Collaborative leader — strong when needed, but not “my way or the highway” only person.
- Builder mindset: hungry, curious, and motivated to create
