Job Description:

Targeted Years of Experience: 5-7 years

Responsibilities:
  • Drive project completion and site acquisition.
  • Track vendor performance, ensuring project trackers are updated and conform to all leasing, zoning/permitting, environmental, and regulatory compliance policies.
  • Work in multiple systems.
  • Manage project budgets.
  • Participate in deployment calls with vendors, third parties, and project teams.
  • Ensure that all parties are aware of project status.
  • Conduct deployment calls.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
  • Strong Project Management Skills.
  • Strong Time Management Skills.
  • Previous Site Acquisition Experience.

DESIRED SKILLS:
  • Zoning Ordinance Experience.
  • Macro Initial Build Experience.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
