•The position is responsible for leading the OSP engineering fiber expansion effort for the FTTx program across the geographic areas 
•This position will interface with many other teams both internal and external to ensure success
•The Director will oversee an organization comprised of supervisors and individual contributors to deliver on key financial goals and meet all project deadlines to effectively complete tasks at or below budget
•They must be able to set objectives, determine appropriate strategies, and necessary tactics to deliver on key Performance Indicator objectives
•This position is responsible for overseeing the engineering of the outside plant segment of FTTx services that include residential, commercial and multi-dwelling unit properties
•OSP construction involves SMB, Enterprise, Carrier, and Residential Construction
•The Sr Director - East directs all aspects of construction projects to ensure their completion according to standards, specifications, schedules, budget and contractual commitments and provides direction and guidance to regional Construction Directors/Managers and other personnel to ensure the coordination of activities and the timely, accurate completion of projects within budget

Organize and manage the East Construction group responsible for:
•Market Expansion
•Commercial & Carrier
•Infrastructure Modifications
•Permitting
•Construction Contractors onboarding to delivery
•Setting up standards and specifications for Construction projects
•Develops and implements standards to ensure efficient construction of all OSP Construction
•Ensure standards are enforced through testing and implementation
•Oversees and manages the performance of work performed by contractor and/or in-house personnel
