Location: Etna, CA
Pay Range: $90,000 (negotiable, depending on experience)
+ Weekly per diem
+ Monthly vehicle stipend

Duration: Open-ended
We are seeking an experienced OSP Construction Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of outside plant fiber and telecommunications construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OSP construction, project management, and contractor oversight, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

We are seeking an experienced OSP Construction Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of outside plant fiber and telecommunications construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OSP construction, project management, and contractor oversight, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Key Qualifications:
- 10+ years in construction management for fiber telecom projects
- Experience with Long Haul, Middle Mile, and fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) builds
- Strong knowledge of OSP construction: underground/aerial, trenching, boring, splicing, testing
- Familiarity with GPON/XGS-PON technologies
- Permitting experience with DOT, County, Municipality, Forest Service, BLM, and Railroad
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; excellent communication and field coordination skills
- Comfortable driving personal vehicle in mountainous terrain (stipend provided)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage construction and deployment of OSP/Fiber projects (primarily underground)
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, field crews, and inspectors
- Manage materials, safety, QA/QC, and daily production tracking
- Ensure subcontractor compliance with project and jurisdictional standards
- Troubleshoot issues and report progress to clients
