We are hiring Aerial OSP Technicians to support Frontier projects in Scranton, Dallas, and Wilkes-Barre, PA. If you have 1-2 years of experience, a go-getter attitude, and want to be part of a winning team, this is a great opportunity to grow, make an impact, and receive hands-on training.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair aerial fiber optic and copper cable networks.
- Perform strand placement, lashing, and pole transfers following industry standards.
- Climb utility poles using hooks, ladders, or bucket trucks as needed.
- Read and interpret OSP engineering prints, construction maps, and work orders.
- Operate and maintain OSP tools and equipment, including lashers and fiber splicing tools.
- Follow OSHA and NESC safety regulations.
- Work with experienced team members to develop additional skills through cross-training.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in aerial fiber or telecom construction (will train with experienced team members).
- Ability to use lasher machines, reel trailers, and pole-climbing gear.
- Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- OSHA 10/30, First Aid/CPR, and NESC certifications are a plus.
