Position: Fiber Technician (Residential Fiber Installs)
Position Type: Direct Hire | W2 | Full-Time
Location: Portland, OR
Pay Rate: Piece Rate (Average ~$1,300+/week | Top Tech's Earning $3,500+/week)
Bonus Details:Â $5,000 sign-on bonus (paid incrementally) | $1,800+ referral bonus

Key Requirements:
- Previous experience performing residential fiber installs
- Own truck/van/SUV with ladder rack
- 28’ fiberglass ladder with midspan hooks + V-rung
- Fully tooled with PPE, work boots, hard hat, cones (tool assistance provided)
- Able to lift 75+ lbs. and work flexible hours, including weekends
- Residential fiber installs and repairs
- Customer interaction and troubleshooting
- Maintain safety and compliance standards
- Support team and adapt to job site conditions
