Key Details:
Position: Fiber Technician (Residential Fiber Installs)
Position Type: Direct Hire | W2 | Full-Time
Pay Rate: Piece Rate (average ~$1,300/week - potential to exceed)
Location: Portland, OR (no major travel required)
Bonus Details: $5,000 sign-on bonus; $1,500+ referral bonus

Key Requirements:
- Previous experience performing residential fiber installs
- Own truck/van/SUV with ladder rack
- 28’ fiberglass ladder with midspan hooks + V-rung
- Fully tooled with PPE, work boots, hard hat, cones
- Able to lift 75+ lbs. and work flexible hours, including weekends
- Residential fiber installs and occasional drop work
- Customer interaction and troubleshooting
- Maintain safety and compliance standards
- Support team and adapt to job site conditions
