The primary function of this position is to inspect infrastructure, install equipment and new technologies, and conduct research onsite to problem-solve effectively & efficiently. This position is also responsible for troubleshooting and working
with vendors & the NOCC (Network Operations Control Center) to isolate issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on network hardware to identify potential customer-impacting issues.
• Comply with company and industry-wide standard directives to maintain network performance, enhance efficiency,
and ensure regulatory requirements are met and maintained.
• Configure and integrate microwave systems to support market network objectives.
• Perform optimization, troubleshooting, and maintenance of microwave equipment and RF transmitters.
• Implement changes that promote standardization to help the organization become more efficient in daily tasks, more
effective to the customer experience, and more profitable for the organization’s growth.
• Install, upgrade, modify, clean, and repair computer hardware and software.
• Diagnose microwave, generators, electrical, solar panel, and wireless equipment issues.
• Provide an intermediate level of engineer support and service work.
• Work cross-functionally with other team members and groups within the organization.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred
and 2+ years Related experience in providing technicalnsupport in the field or experience as an electrician

Technical Experience
• Demonstrated knowledge and intermediate proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft
Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
• Well-versed in technical aspects of field projects, including machinery and equipment
• Understanding of safety guidelines
• Extensive knowledge of MW equipment (solar panels, radios, antennas) and Generators required
