Key Details:
- Title: Field Service Supervisor | (Residential Fiber Fulfillment)
- Type: Direct-Hire | W2 | Full-Time
- Pay Rate: Up to $1,200/week (based on experience)
- Location: Bedford, OH
- Travel: Regionally throughout market and surrounding areas.
- Vehicle: Access to company vehicle; mileage reimbursed if using personal vehicle.

- Experience in the cable, broadband, or telecom industry
- Hands-on residential fulfillment experience (bury drops, service work, fiber/coax installs, troubleshooting)
- Proven experience leading a team of technicians
- Strong technical skills in cable/fiber installation, service, and repair
- Able to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors, at heights, and in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license; able to drive a company vehicle
- Lead, support, and mentor field technicians in day-to-day operations
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs independently in the field
- Ensure bury drops, service work, and installs are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
- Help the team meet or exceed productivity and performance goals
- Communicate clearly with customers about services being provided
- Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
- Ensure proper maintenance and care of assigned company vehicle
- Complete accurate and timely documentation and work orders
- Coordinate with office/administrative staff to maintain smooth workflow
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Perform other related duties as assigned
