Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Support Project Manager and/or market for one or more aspects of a customer deployment on multiple applications
- Support all facets of an application from construction start to construction complete and closeouts delivered
- Ensure Project Manager and leadership team are aware of issues that will impact project completion or cost
- Responsible for the financial oversight and updating of Order of Magnitude (OOM) as it relates to materials
- Responsible for financial oversight for closeout packages and truing up costs/materials
- Responsible for management of data in AT&T systems, as indicated
- Vendor management, where applicable
- Responsible for inputting specific Project Management Tool data
- Participate in internal & external meetings as directed by lead Project Manager, and interact with carrier representative as needed
- Deal with design issues as they arise (limited lease entitlements, additional ground space needed, easements, etc.)
- Communicate and coordinate with relevant functions and parties as needed
- High School Diploma or GED-required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of business or finance experience
- Basic accounting acumen (systems, terminology, purchase orders)
- Intermediate level in Excel, VLOOKUP, dashboards and pivot tables
- Detail oriented and organization a must
- Proficiency working in various internal and external systems (CRM, ERP, LMT, SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to investigate issues and find answers in a timely manner
- Knowledge or experience of construction, operations, asset management, material procurement or supply chain industries
- Ability to direct the diagnosis of workflow problems and critical paths, and institute process improvements
- Ability to read and understand financial metrics and identify remedies to financial issues
- Customer service orientation with a strong problem-solving approach
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate across multiple service groups to both internal and external customers
