Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Inside Plant (ISP) Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and documentation of inside plant infrastructure. This includes fiber optics, copper, coaxial cabling, racks, patch panels, and other telecommunications equipment located within central offices, data centers, or customer buildings.
Key Responsibilities:

Install, route, terminate, and test fiber optic, coaxial, and copper cabling in accordance with industry standards.

Mount and secure racks, patch panels, ladder racks, cable trays, and network equipment.

Perform splicing, connectorization, labeling, and testing of cables and terminations.

Read and interpret network design plans, floor plans, and schematics.

Maintain and update documentation related to cabling layouts, routes, and system configurations.

Perform site surveys, inspections, and audits of existing inside plant environments.

Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and customer standards
