Key Details:
Position: In-Building Wireless Business Development Manager
Location: East Coast Based
Travel: Up to 75% of the time
Type: Direct Hire | W2 | Full-Time

Key Requirements:
  • Proven player-coach: can lead a small team and personally drive deals
  • Strong hunter mentality with accountability and follow-through
  • Direct experience selling DC Power, DAS contracting, and in-building wireless
  • Ability to operationalize vision - prioritize targets, create focus, and improve team efficiency
  • Strategic and tactical thinker: can choose which business to pursue, how to position, and when to adopt new tech.
  • Positive, proactive, assertive leadership style; brings energy and initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 sales reps; set goals, cadence, and accountability
  • Carry a personal quota - prospect, advance, and close new business
  • Focus selling on DC Power, DAS contracting, and in-building solutions
  • Prioritize and execute against the company’s growth plan; decide which opportunities to pursue
  • Define market positioning and messaging to differentiate client with target customers
  • Improve sales efficiency - stand up HubSpot processes, workflows, and visibility.
  • Evaluate and adopt sales-enabling technologies that accelerate pipeline and close rates
  • Drive customer diversification as a primary objective over geographic expansion
