Job Description
Broadstaff is seeking a Key Account Manager to join our Tampa based team and help us recruit top-tier candidates for our Fortune 500 clients.
The ideal candidate will have:

The ideal candidate will have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Responsible for strategic & developmental oversight and leadership direction within the assigned accounts.
- Responsible for client account management which includes relationship building with hiring managers and MSP contacts. Create a “go-to” supplier mentality with several Fortune 100 and 500 client accounts.
- Act as the SME for quality oversight of the development and implementation of standards, methods and procedures for business models & analytics, and quality of the final product being produced by employees hired under assigned accounts.
- Lead adoption, change management, and training efforts within assigned accounts.
- Lead a team of recruiters, running morning and afternoon meetings, and managing KPIs
- Proven success in a recruitment role, with a focus on high-volume recruiting for large companies within MSP and VMS
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality with a track record of exceeding targets
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience coaching candidates through the interview process
- Telecommunications experience preferred
