Job Summary:
The Bucket Truck Operator supports all aspects of telecommunication installations and emergency restorations including the construction and maintenance of telecommunication structures, cables and data centers ensuring that work is performed in the safest manner possible with delivering a high-quality product to our customers.
Job Duties:

Safely operate bucket trucks as a member of the emergency restorations team.

Working on communications equipment and projects. May include installing, testing and repairing structures and equipment.

Takes direction from crew Foreman ensuring safety and quality standards are met while adhering to project budgets and timeline.

Review documentation with Foreman to prepare for the restoration, assemble the necessary materials, and determine the required installation methods.

Help supervise the tracking of all on-site inventory and materials.

Perform inspections, inventories, and audits as needed.

Maintain issued equipment and report deficiencies as needed.
Experience and Education:
-
2+ years operating a bucket truck
-
High school diploma, general education degree (G.E.D.), or related trade school education
-
Valid driver’s license preferred with a driving record that meets Company requirements.
Competencies/ Skills:
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills and team player attitude.
-
Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions, if working outside.
