Position Title: Lead Low Voltage Technician

Essential Qualifications:
- Experience leading structured cabling installations (Cat 6 / Cat 7) in retrofit and new-build environments
- Hands-on background in low voltage systems including copper, fiber optics, coax, and wireless
- Skilled in reading construction drawings and leading crews to meet project deadlines and budgets
- Familiarity with data center environments and best practices for voice, data, and video systems
- Proficient with BICSI standards and termination/testing of A/V, access control, and CCTV systems
- 3+ industry certifications (BICSI, CommScope, CNCI, NCTI, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor and train junior technicians
- Competence with required tools and testing equipment (tone & probe, punch down tools, drills, etc.)
- Ability to travel and work in indoor/outdoor conditions, including ladders and confined spaces
- Experience with jobsite recordkeeping, safety inspections, and equipment maintenance
