As a Sales Account Manager specializing in Multiple Dwelling Property Fiber Sales, your role involves managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success. You’ll be responsible for developing positive relationships with clients, handling their individual needs, and generating new business using existing and potential customer networks. Your ability to resolve conflicts, provide timely solutions, and supervise account representatives will be crucial.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage a Portfolio of Accounts:
o Oversee a group of accounts related to multiple dwelling properties.
o Strive for long-term success by maintaining positive relationships with clients.
2. Client Relationship Management:
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
o Address individual customer needs promptly.
o Resolve conflicts effectively.
3. Business Development:
o Generate new business opportunities by leveraging existing and potential customer networks.
o Identify sales prospects within the multiple dwelling property sector.
4. Sales Reporting and Target Setting:
o Regularly report on account status and transactions.
o Set and track sales targets aligned with company objectives.
o Monitor sales metrics, including quarterly results and annual forecasts.
5. Continuous Improvement:
o Suggest actions to enhance sales performance.
o Identify growth opportunities within the market.
Requirements and Skills:
· Proven Work Experience:
o Previous experience as a Fiber Sales Account Manager or Fiber Sales Account Executive.
o Hands-on experience in sales.
o Familiarity Microsoft Office Suite. Solid experience with MS Excel is required.
o Supervisory Experience
· Communication and Negotiation Skills:
o Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
o Strong stakeholding planning skills.
o Timely project delivery and responsiveness to inquiries.
· Business Acumen:
o Problem-solving attitude.
o Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
o Ability to anticipate responses and potential roadblocks ahead.
· Education:
o Minimum High School Diploma. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is a plus.
