Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business growth while managing and expanding a portfolio of major enterprise accounts. This role is ideal for a high-performing hunter with enterprise telecom or fiber experience who thrives in complex sales cycles and relationship-driven selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently exceed a monthly revenue quota of $4,500
- Prospect, develop, and close new enterprise and major accounts
- Grow and upsell an existing book of large customers
- Conduct needs analysis and deliver tailored fiber and VoIP solutions
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer relationships
- Collaborate with engineering, construction, and operations teams
- Represent the organization professionally in the enterprise market
- Participate in ongoing sales and product training
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience (telecom, fiber, or connectivity preferred)
- Proven success exceeding quota with a strong new-business focus
- Experience managing and growing large enterprise accounts
- Knowledge of fiber networks, VoIP, and connectivity solutions
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Industry relationships a plus
- Ability to document past sales performance or achievements
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary $85,000–$100,000 (DOE)
- Uncapped commission plan with strong OTE
