We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator to be part of our growing team and support the company’s branding and sales strategies. The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Marketing Director and supports the team in executing various marketing initiatives and campaigns, ensuring that they are executed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management ability, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and extensive understanding of and experience with social and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and event marketing

• Manage the production and distribution of marketing materials, including flyers, posters, and product information sheets

• Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed to execute marketing initiatives

• Maintain and update the company website and social media channels, ensuring that all content is current and accurate

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for future improvement

• Assist with the planning and coordination of events, including trade shows, customer events, and product launches

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing strategy

• Support the Marketing Director in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring that all marketing initiatives are completed within budget

 

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, with a preference for experience in the telecommunications industry

  • Proven track record of quality work effort, creativity, and desire to learn and grow in their position

  • Strong knowledge of the fiber internet market and technology trends

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Knowledge of marketing techniques, including experience in digital and social marketing and events

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, such as Hubspot or Marketo, is a plus
