OSP Construction Supervisor –Â

Broadstaff is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee OSP telecom construction crews (aerial, underground, and fiber). This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards while supporting field operations and project management. Contract-to-hire opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily field activities and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Interpret construction prints and fiber documentation
- Conduct site inspections and safety meetings
- Track progress, resolve field issues, and complete required reporting
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and crew scheduling
- 3+ years telecom construction experience
- Leadership/supervision preferred
- Strong OSP/ISP construction knowledge
- Ability to read construction drawings and fiber prints
- Valid driver’s license
- OSHA 10/30
- First Aid/CPR
- Fiber/telecom certifications (CFOT)
- Outdoor work in varying conditions
- Ability to walk job sites and lift up to 50 lbs
- Occasional overtime/weekends
