Position Title: Outside Plant Construction Foreman
Location: Escanaba, MI
Pay Range: $22-$25 per hour, with a 45 cent per foot incentive (production-based). Successful candidates should expect to earn $80,000 to $90,000 annually if baseline production goals are met.

Position Title: Outside Plant Construction Foreman

Essential Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience leading a utility construction crew.
- 2 years of utility directional drilling operating experience with Ditch Witch or Vermeer machines.
- 2 years of ride-on plow and mini excavator operating experience.
- Experience with operating and performing light maintenance of a Ditchwitch or Vermeer drill.
- Must have a valid Class A CDL.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (Drug and Background) including Random Quarterly testing.
Preferred Skills:
- Detail-oriented.
- Willingness to learn, adhere to, and comply with safety standards.
- Experience reading construction prints and drawings.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field.
