Broadstaff is recruiting for a leading low-voltage integrator expanding its data center construction division. We are seeking an On-Site Project Manager to lead Division 27 (Communications) and Division 28 (Security) scopes on a large-scale, multi-building data center campus.
This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role responsible for execution, crews, and delivery — not design coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Lead on-site execution of structured cabling and low-voltage installations

Manage field crews, subcontractors, and daily construction activity

Drive project schedules, productivity, and resource planning

Coordinate with GC, trades, and internal BIM team

Ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines

Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for project delivery

Requirements
-
5–10+ years of experience in low-voltage / structured cabling construction

Proven experience leading crews on active job sites

Strong knowledge of Div 27/28 systems

Experience working on large-scale commercial or data center projects

BICSI RCDD or DCDC strongly preferred

Ability to be on-site full-time (majority of project duration)

$125K–$150K base (flexible based on experience)
