Location: Farmers Branch, TX (Dallas Area)
Schedule: Full-Time | 100% Onsite (5 Days/Week)
Compensation: $70,000–$75,000 Base + 10% Bonus
Overview
Our client is hiring an early-career Operations Associate to support finance, reconciliation, and internal operational processes within a growing data center-focused company.
This role is best suited for candidates 0–2 years out of college who are analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets daily.
This is not a senior role and is not remote.
What You’ll Be Doing Financial Reconciliation (50%)

Invoice matching and transaction reconciliation

Maintaining clean financial records in accounting systems (Xero, Bill.com)

Supporting month-end close processes
-
Identifying discrepancies and resolving them accurately

Managing purchase order requests
-
Responding to documentation inquiries

Handling internal ticket workflows
-
Drafting professional email responses
-
Spreadsheet analysis and reporting

Assisting with billing and process workflows

Supporting operational efficiency initiatives
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, Engineering, or other analytical field preferred)

0–2 years of professional experience

Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills

High attention to detail

Strong written communication skills

Comfortable performing repetitive, detail-heavy work with accuracy

Must be able to work onsite in Farmers Branch, TX (5 days/week)
