Position: Field Services Manager

Position Type: Full-Time | W2 | Direct Hire
Key Requirements:
- Experience managing fulfillment-side operations in telecommunications
- Field leadership experience on projects involving bury drops or service work
- Strong communication and coordination skills across teams and vendors
- Proficiency in managing multiple field teams and timelines
- Working knowledge of safety protocols in field environments
- Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided or mileage reimbursement if personal vehicle used)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead special field projects including bury drops and service initiatives
- Provide hands-on leadership to field teams, ensuring timely and high-quality project completion
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and customers to meet service expectations
- Monitor budgets, track progress, and provide regular updates to leadership
- Enforce safety standards and compliance protocols in all field activities
- Troubleshoot issues in the field and resolve operational disruptions effectively
