Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Part-Time Personal Assistant.  This role requires a proactive approach, excellent time management skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, and must be comfortable with pets. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Add events to the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and some travel arrangements. 
  • Oversee and manage tasks such as ordering supplies, cleaning/organizing the kitchen, doing laundry, grocery shopping and light cleaning. 
  • Handle communications on behalf of the CEO, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail. 
  • Prepare important documents for meetings and presentations. 
  • Assist in organizing and executing company events or meetings. 
  • Conduct research and prepare reports as directed. 
  • Manage personal errands and tasks as needed to assist the CEO, including dog care responsibilities such as feeding, walking, and taking one small dog to vet and grooming appointments. 
  • Responsible for bank deposits and managing financial errands with confidentiality and accuracy. 
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality in relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Assist with team projects  

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and comfortable learning new technology  
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 
  • Comfortable with pets. 
  • Trustworthy with handling financial transactions and sensitive information. 
  • Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.

Work Hours & Compensation
  • This part-time position requires approximately 20-25 hours per week. 
  • Schedule is approximately 9AM-1PM daily with occasional evening hours
  • $20 per hour 
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Mileage is reimbursable at standard IRS rate
