Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager, Service Delivery to join our dynamic Service Delivery team. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of network deployment initiatives, structural redevelopment efforts, and capital improvement projects across a diverse real estate portfolio. As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day real estate and service deployment activities within a designated geographic territory, ensuring alignment with client expectations, project timelines, and budget constraints.

Previous experience working with Verizon as a Real Estate Specialist is strongly preferred.

This is a hybrid role based in Schaumburg, IL, with in-office presence required Tuesdays through Thursdays.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Local Market Expert: Act as the go-to market resource for site-level challenges including permitting, consent processes, LOAs, rooftop access, and compound expansions. Proactively manage jurisdiction-specific zoning and permitting requirements.

Full Lifecycle Deployment Oversight: Lead and manage all phases of service delivery—from site acquisition, leasing, and due diligence to design/engineering, zoning, permitting, construction, and final closeout—for assigned customers or product lines.

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the single point of contact for customer escalations and lead deployment meetings at the market level. Provide timely and accurate updates on project status, priorities, and issue resolution.

Performance Reporting: Prepare and present weekly market-level gap analysis reports, highlighting status updates, action items, customer aging, and other key metrics as required.

Contractual & Financial Oversight: Maintain a thorough understanding of client contracts, including service scopes, SLAs, pricing, MLA fees, and deliverables. Ensure end-to-end forecast accuracy in internal and customer systems (e.g., SiterraUS).

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments and external vendors to drive accountability, maintain project timelines, and exceed customer expectations.

Customer Success: Deliver high-touch service and support from initial scope development through Notice to Proceed (NTP) and installation completion.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Minimum 5 years of experience in the wireless telecommunications industry, focusing on project and vendor management within service delivery or network deployment.

Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams across site acquisition, construction, and service rollout projects.

In-depth understanding of wireless industry standards, including RFDS, customer scopes, and market contract terms.

Experience with construction drawings, including review, redlining, and final approval.

Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface professionally across all levels of internal and external stakeholders.

Proficiency in relevant project and real estate management platforms (e.g., SiterraUS).
