Location: Austin TX 

A tech company intent on taking the engineering world by storm. We offer ready-made and custom automation tools to help our clients build infrastructure better, safer, and faster. We support Infrastructure Operators, Mobile Network Operators (MNO), and Architectural and Engineering firms (A&E) in Wireless, OSP Fiber, IOT, Renewables, and EV charging verticals. Additionally, we excel in data-intensive solutions for M&A, Large-Scale Data Extraction, and
Large-Scale Data Restructuring. Our enterprise automation hub ingests and analyzes specific input documents to generate context-aware tools and documentation to expedite site acquisition/analysis, zoning, permitting, and construction.

We are a small team and therefore the day to day responsibilities can be wide-range depending on the needs of the company. We are looking for a talented Customer Success & Onboarding Manager with experience in telecommunications, EV, or PV Solar industries to support key accounts for the duration of the customer lifecycle. This role requires strong analytic and organization skills to present our product, opportunities, and challenges in a meaningful way to the full range of stakeholders – From individual contributors to executive management.

Role
? Become an expert in the customer - with a heavy focus on understanding the technical
aspects of the customer experience, including the customer’s pain-points, the
customer’s deliverables, and the customer interface (UX). Define clear, measurable
success criteria and action plans to drive customer satisfaction and renewals.
? Become an expert on our current product capabilities and how it relates to our support
verticals. Provide clarity to our software teams where they are unfamiliar with the
nuances and intricacies of our customer’s work. Provide meaningful suggestions to
drive future product development based on your experience and understanding of
industry needs.
? Work closely with cross-functional teams in engineering, design, and sales to identify
solutions for your accounts and drive implementation of those solutions to meet or
exceed the success criteria.
? Provide world-class support by taking ownership of customer issues as they arise.
? Gently and expediently lead customers through the final stages of contracting/renewal.
? Prefer Candidate to be in Austin, Houston, or Denver. Hybrid or Remote work is
possible for the right candidate.

? Some travel required based on customer need for onsite training, onboarding, launch
and monitoring activities.

? Proven track record of clearly identifying customer success criteria, building delivery
plans, and delivering on-time & on-budget.
? A Leader who can push for proven processes and can get buy in from the team and
mentor new customer success managers as we scale.
? Someone who can translate well to communicate analytics and progress with the
leadership team.
? Passion for building new things and fundamentally changing markets.
? Big thinker – when changing a market, thinking small is a big risk.
? Must have technical client-facing experience in one of our key verticals. Ability to define
and effectively communicate each step of the customer’s life cycle.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear communication with
both internal team members and customers.
? Strong analytical skills as indicated by the ability to gather, organize, analyze, and
communicate substantial amounts of information with precision and attention to detail.
? Advanced critical thinking skills, with a demonstrated capacity for creative and practical
problem-solving. Ability to define functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and use
cases.
? Prefer B.S. in Computer Science, or Engineering (Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.)
Advanced training in drafting with CAD software will also be considered. Previous
experience in Software Onboarding or Customer Account Management will also be
considered.
Nice to Haves:
? Nice to have a good understanding of telecom equipment for major wireless operators.
? Nicer to have some background in computer science with knowledge of general
computing principles, cloud-based technologies, and APIs.
