Job Description
- Review technical aspects of the job
- Face to face with GCs
- Working with Michael and Market GM
- Service to PMO
- Unique role- have to have initiative as a driver, bring traditional senior level skills to the group, deliver clear concise messages, be Switzerland a bit- be between PMO and GM
- Data management- haven’t fully stood up PM applications- using excel- need intermediate to advanced excel skills- data migration, v look ups, pivot tables, Power BI skill sets
- Analytic skill sets married to fiber landscapes
- Scale has been a challenge- one guy managed individual projects- need someone who can manage MANY projects- 100-200k passings- managing all passings
- Turnkey GC solutions – planning, designing, engineering, testing and turn up
- PMs will be onboarding the GCs- just approved 3 more markets- each new market brings a new GC- what is the schedule, what are the requirements, tracking permits
- Difference between CM and PM: PM will be in the office 90% of the time, datapoints turned into 3-5 talking points, schedule development and schedule management,
- Not a lot of financials- not creating P&L- have a financial analyst in each market
- Need to know cost per customer market
- MUST BE A PROBLEM SOLVER
- Taking ownership and accountability of issues
- Able to work through issue and only surface the big fires
- Positive partnerships- difficult conversations are easier to have if you have positive partnerships

- Responsible for all aspects of technical project and program.
- Deliver exemplary senior level program leadership, taking ownership and accountability for delivery of new capabilities, processes, procedures and network deployment.
- Conducts end to end project management of the plan and build phases of the program
- Leads team to complete project deliverables and activities on time and under budget.
- Identifies resource demands, risks and strategies for mitigating those risks.
- Develops strategy and timeline in collaboration with the project team to execute the network build.
- Develops detailed work plans, schedules and instrumentation to ensure successful execution of the build plan.
- Holds project team members, internal and external, accountable for deliverables.
- Communicates plan, performance, risks, and strategies to executive leadership on recurring frequency.
- Provides overall direction and technical or analytical guidance to project and program teams that span the organization, including outside suppliers/vendors
- Recommends and takes action to direct problem analysis resolution within time and resource constraints
- Develops and delivers executive updates to senior leadership associated with the plan development and execution.
- Demonstrated experience with large scale fiber optic build project development and leadership.
- Senior Technical Project Management, data management and business analytics, leadership, attention to detail, intermediate to advanced Excel, Powerpoint and PowerBl skills
