Broadstaff is seeking a hands-on Project Manager of OSP Construction to lead fiber deployment projects in Southern California. This role requires deep expertise in underground fiber construction, permitting, and field operations. The ideal candidate will come from a fiber construction company and be comfortable managing crews and ensuring quality execution in the field.

Broadstaff is seeking a hands-on Project Manager of OSP Construction to lead fiber deployment projects in Southern California. This role requires deep expertise in underground fiber construction, permitting, and field operations. The ideal candidate will come from a fiber construction company and be comfortable managing crews and ensuring quality execution in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of OSP fiber construction (primarily underground)
- Manage field teams, permitting, and customer experience
- Ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Daily presence in office or field required
Requirements:
- 10+ years in telecom construction, with strong FTTH experience
- Proven leadership in managing fiber builds and field operations
- Knowledge of permitting, safety, and fiber construction standards
- Clean driver’s license: OSHA 30 and FOA/PMP certifications preferred
