Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented RFP Coordinator for a seasonal role, running from September through March. This role focuses on responding to E-RATE RFPs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing RFP deadlines, and utilizing Loopio software for questionnaires, while delivering cost-effective solutions to our clients in the education sector during the peak E-RATE season.

Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented RFP Coordinator for a seasonal role, running from September through March. This role focuses on responding to E-RATE RFPs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing RFP deadlines, and utilizing Loopio software for questionnaires, while delivering cost-effective solutions to our clients in the education sector during the peak E-RATE season.
Key Responsibilities:
- E-RATE RFP Response:
- Prepare and submit comprehensive and compliant responses to E-RATE RFPs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather required information, including technical specifications, pricing, and documentation.
- Review and analyze RFP requirements to ensure responses align with program guidelines.
- High level understanding of Ethernet and Internet technologies (L2 and L3).
- E-RATE Program Compliance:
- Stay updated on the latest E-RATE program regulations, guidelines, and changes.
- Ensure all E-RATE program documentation and submissions adhere to regulatory standards.
- Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
- RFP Deadline Management:
- Effectively manage RFP response deadlines, ensuring timely submissions.
- Maintain a well-organized calendar and communication system to track deadlines and milestones.
- Loopio Software Utilization:
- Utilize Loopio software for questionnaire responses, streamlining the RFP process.
- Maintain proficiency in Loopio to enhance response efficiency.
- Basic level of networking and ethernet technologies is a requirement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of E-RATE program regulations and processes is a plus.
- Previous experience in RFP coordination, procurement, or project management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Previous experience with Loopio or similar RFP software is highly desirable.
