Regional Sales Manager – Utility Fiber (OPGW / ADSS)
Remote – Southeast
$120K+ Base for Proven Utility Producers | $200K–$300K+ OTE
This is not an entry-level sales role.
This is not an inside sales position.
This is not telecom carrier sales.
We are hiring two proven utility hunters who already sell into large Investor-Owned Utilities (IOUs) and can win OPGW / ADSS business.
If you do not currently maintain direct relationships inside IOUs, this role will not be a fit.

5–10+ years selling directly into electric utilities

Active relationships within transmission, engineering, standards, or procurement teams

Experience carrying a $5M+ annual quota

Experience selling utility infrastructure products (cable, conductor, substation equipment, transmission materials, etc.)

Ability to travel 50%+
