Broadstaff is seeking a Regional Vice President of Construction / Operations to lead large-scale fiber network infrastructure programs in the Las Vegas area.
This executive role oversees all aspects of outside plant (OSP) construction, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and profitability across a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About the Role
Broadstaff is seeking a Regional Vice President of Construction / Operations to lead large-scale fiber network infrastructure programs in the Las Vegas area.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end OSP construction operations for large-scale fiber deployments.

Own and manage P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Develop and mentor high-performing field, project, and operations teams.

Establish clear operational rhythms for safety, production, invoicing, and communication.

Drive execution excellence across microtrenching, HDD, aerial, splicing, and restoration.

Build and maintain relationships with local municipalities for permitting and compliance.

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Qualifications

15+ years of progressive leadership experience in fiber / OSP construction management.

Proven track record of leading multi-million-dollar telecom infrastructure programs.

Strong financial and operational acumen with P&L ownership experience.

Deep expertise in microtrenching and fiber installation methods.

Excellent communication and leadership skills with an executive presence.

Familiarity with Las Vegas market conditions or similar metro environments preferred.
