 A successful candidate will have managed sales and marketing
teams and have served on a leadership team.
What You Will Be Doing
• Develop and execute a defined sales strategy, process and methodology
• Outline a strategic roadmap focusing on and prioritizing the significant
growth opportunities
• Ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
• Provides consistent and accurate forecasts through pipeline analysis
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Develop and implement KPIs
• Embrace sales coaching, structure, self-improvement and the importance of
accountability
• Recruit and onboard new employees
• Design, drive and lead a multi-year marketing roadmap incubating new
growth channels, innovative campaigns and partnerships
• Define target market, value proposition, and core marketing messages
• Represent the company at various external functions such as networking
events, trade shows and golf tournaments
• Maintain a consistent brand image and voice across all marketing channels
• Utilize technology and data to identify changes in the competitive
environment and enable proactive marketing activities
• Develop, manage, write and optimize marketing and social media
campaigns
• Manage website partner and content
• Responsible for promotional items and inventory across locations

• Develop and manage the marketing budget
• Responsible for the 40+ events, tradeshows and golf tournaments to exceed
prior year sponsorships and deliver legendary client experiences
Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of business development, sales and strategic
partnerships experience
• Minimum of 3 years of managing a marketing team
• Experience with tradeshows and conferences
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRMs and email marketing related software
• Excellent verbal, analytical and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift 15-25 pounds as needed
• Travel up to 25% is required for clients, events and tradeshows
Location
• Carlsbad, CA 92010: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before
starting work (Required)

Education
