We are looking for a Director of Marketing with experience in the data center or technology space who is ready to get their hands dirty. This is not a traditional “delegator” role—you will lead strategy and execute day-to-day marketing initiatives, building the marketing department from the ground up while making a measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute the company’s marketing strategy for data center solutions, including digital, content, events, and demand generation.

Build and grow the marketing department, recruiting, mentoring, and developing team members.

Be directly involved in the creation of campaigns, content, collateral, and digital initiatives.

Manage lead generation efforts, track KPIs, and continuously optimize campaigns for performance.

Partner closely with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure marketing supports business objectives.

Develop brand strategy, messaging, and positioning for data center offerings.

Oversee events, webinars, and tradeshows, including planning, execution, and follow-up.

Analyze marketing performance data and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
Qualifications:

7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in data center, technology, or related B2B industries.

Proven track record of building and scaling marketing programs that drive measurable results.

Hands-on experience executing campaigns across digital, content, email, and events.

Strong leadership skills—able to inspire, mentor, and lead by example.

Proficient with marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics tools.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Understanding of technical solutions, including colocation, cloud connectivity, or hybrid IT.

Creative problem-solver, able to adapt quickly and implement solutions efficiently.
