Key Details:
- Title: Sr. In-Building DAS Construction Manager
- Location: Dallas, TX market (home-based)
- Travel: ~60% to customer sites
- Compensation: $48-$52/hour (W2)
- Type: Contract-to-Hire | Full-Time
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years’ construction management in wireless in-building/DAS projects
- Track record leading large, multi-site programs - owning schedule, scope, quality, and cost control
- Hands-on oversight of SP/ASP vendors; enforce client, federal, and local standards
- Working knowledge of Site Handler and project documentation (SOW, NTP, RFDS, civils acceptance, closeout, daily PFA)
- Strong safety leadership; conduct field safety inspections and maintain safe work environments
- Cross-functional coordination with IM Lead, Project Admin, Project Sponsor, CPM, and customer PM
- Problem-solver with continuous improvement mindset; able to guide/coach others
- Valid driver’s license; able to sustain ~60% travel
Key Responsibilities:
- Own Civil Works execution for in-building projects: schedule, SP/ASP management, scope, quality, and safety
- Ensure only customer-approved materials are installed; enforce client guidelines, standards, and schedules
- Lead and attend coordination/progress meetings; provide accurate status updates and regular progress reports
- Perform pre-inspections, site verification, visual quality checks; coordinate post-construction audits and closeout
- Maintain a safe work environment: conduct safety inspections; ensure tools/equipment are in good condition; enforce client/federal/local procedures
- Coordinate multi-discipline site activities to keep teams aligned with project goals; drive schedule and remove blockers
- Verify vendor technical compliance; monitor workmanship; reject incorrect deliveries; escalate poor performance
- Interpret civil design plans; supervise and coach Service Providers with a focus on results
- Manage materials and documentation (claims, orders/returns); keep Site Handler current (SOW, NTP, RFDS reviews/changes, civils acceptance, daily PFA checks, closeout sign-off)
- Identify and implement continuous improvements to enhance quality, safety, and schedule performance
