About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Tampa, FL (hybrid schedule). This role is integral to sourcing and placing exceptional talent within Telecom, Tech/IT, and related industries, working closely with clients and leveraging innovative recruitment tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, account executives, and hiring managers.
• Execute advanced sourcing strategies using tools like Bullhorn ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience using advanced Boolean string techniques
• Analyze client needs, market trends, and data to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage recruitment workflows and communication at all levels to ensure seamless hiring experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-5+ years of agency staffing experience in Telecom, Tech/IT, A&E or similar industries.
• Expertise with tools like Bullhorn ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience using Boolean search technique's 
• Proven ability to build recruitment networks and achieve placement targets.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
