Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Site Acquisition Manager to lead and manage all activities related to site acquisition for wireless infrastructure projects. In this role, you will oversee the process from RF design and propagation analysis through to Notice to Proceed (NTP) hand-off, ensuring all regulatory, legal, and landlord requirements are met. You will be the primary liaison between internal teams, service providers, landlords, and municipalities to ensure a seamless project lifecycle.
This is a critical role requiring exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive multiple projects forward under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete site acquisition process, including:
- Reviewing RF design and site files
- Coordinating design services and engineering assessments
- Preparing and submitting zoning, permitting, and landlord documentation
- Leading negotiations and approvals with landlords and local agencies
- Oversee and coordinate activities with service providers (vendors) to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery
- Provide ongoing progress reporting and risk analysis to project leadership
- Ensure adherence to Ericsson processes, safety standards, and project milestones
- Support hand-off to construction and installation teams, assisting with access, design changes, and final approvals
- Maintain complete and accurate site documentation in designated systems (e.g., Site Handler)
- Attend project meetings and collaborate with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in wireless telecom site acquisition
- Proven track record managing site builds (200+ sites preferred)
- Familiarity with local zoning, permitting, and leasing processes
- Experience working with engineering/design teams and regulatory bodies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills
- PE License, Real Estate License, or Law Degree
- Experience working with Ericsson systems and methodologies
- Knowledge of telecom compliance standards and documentation tools
Additional Requirements:
- Must complete all required training prior to start, including safety and ergonomics
- Travel may be required within the assigned market
- Supplier must provide smartphone, laptop, and cover administrative time/travel expenses not billable to client
