Job Description

We are seeking an entry level (1-3 years experience) Account Specialist for our team. As a Account Specialist, you will be a valuable member of our team, providing essential support to Account Project Managers and Real Estate Services Project Managers. Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Supporting Account Project Managers:
    • Assisting in reviewing core leasing deliverables for ongoing projects.
    • Verifying building permits and ensuring alignment with project requirements.
    • Assisting in data entry of project-related information into internal systems.
    • Participating in post-installation audits to ensure project completion.
  2. Supporting Real Estate Services Project Managers:
    • Ensuring data alignment within internal systems.
    • Uploading relevant documents to project databases.
    • Assisting in date updates in project management systems.
    • Supporting purchase order requests for project funding.

Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of project management processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to learn and navigate internal systems for data entry.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills for effective collaboration within the team.

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Some exposure to project support or coordination is a plus
