- Location:Â Irvine, CA
- Travel:Â Regional travel as needed
- Compensation:Â $90K-$100K/year (negotiable, depending on experience)
- Type:Â Direct-Hire | W2 | Full-Time
Key Requirements:
- 3-5+ years’ recent experience leading Outdoor Small Cell construction (field & project oversight).
- Proven ability to run multiple jobs concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of permitting/zoning, utility coordination, and jurisdictional processes.
- Strong blueprint literacy: review construction drawings, redlines, material takeoffs, and telecom plans for constructability.
- Track record enforcing safety/OSHA practices on active sites.
- Skilled communicator and organizer; comfortable driving schedules, budgets, vendors, and updates to leadership.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to travel regionally as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the OSC lifecycle from SAQ handoff, permitting, construction, integration, through closeout.
- Coordinate daily with internal teams, subs, vendors, utilities, and local jurisdictions to hit milestones.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality; track progress and deliver clear status reports.
- Enforce jobsite safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA, federal/state/local).
- Review and approve drawings, redlines, material orders; flag/resolve constructability issues early.
- Preempt risks and remove roadblocks; drive issue resolution across diverse teams/markets.
- Lead subcontractor management: bid reviews, deliverables tracking, performance oversight, invoice approvals.
- Conduct site walks/inspections to verify workmanship, safety, and spec adherence.
- Drive closeout: compile as-builts, photos, test results, and compliance documentation for timely package submission.
